Louise Lynn is a fully qualified Pilates and yoga teacher with a passion for nurturing healthy movement and calm confidence in children from an early age. With years of experience in both adult and youth wellness, Louise brings a warm, creative approach to her classes—combining playful movement, gentle mindfulness, and age-appropriate Pilates techniques to support developing bodies and busy minds.Her sessions at the crèche are designed to improve posture, balance, coordination, and body awareness, while also encouraging emotional regulation through breathwork and simple relaxation practices. Louise believes that early movement education sets the foundation for lifelong wellbeing—and she loves helping little ones discover just how fun it can be to move, stretch, and feel good in their own bodies.
